The river that runs through our valley and defines our borders also unites us as a community. The life we enjoy is due, in large part, to the opportunities for commerce and recreation afforded by the world famous Colorado River and adjoining lakes. We celebrate that life each year in this special section publishing May 23rd in the Mohave Valley Daily News, and May 28 in the Needles Desert Star and Laughlin Nevada Times. Celebrate with us in the 2014 Spring/ Summer edition of “Life on the Colorado.”

The story "So much to See, So much to do" was well written. I have a new neighbor whom I have sent this story to as she has never lived in the Desert and is unsettled about the heat to come.

Great Job...
