Items discovered when deputies served a search warrant Sunday in the 900 block of Coronado.

NEEDLES — Deputies of the San Bernardino County Sheriff Department, Needles’ Colorado River Station, are asking for information from the public in an ongoing investigation of narcotics and a firearm found Feb. 11 while serving a search warrant in the 900 block of Coronado.

Deputies served the warrant shortly after noon on Sunday and reported finding the firearm, ammunition, methamphetamine, heroin, items associated with the sales of narcotics, and more than $2,900 in cash.

The suspect, a 49-year-old Needles man, was not present during the search, police said.
