Making history

The graduation ceremony for the class of 2020 was one for the books as the COVID-19 pandemic made schools all across the country adjust their graduation plans. NHS held drive-through graduations on its  football field where students were able to get their diplomas. Pictured before the graduation ceremony are (from left) Kimberly Breaux, Needles High School Counselor; Mary McNeil, Needles Unified School District superintendent; Amy Avila, NHS/Needles Middle School principal and Marie Armijo, Vista Colorado Elementary School principal.
