NEEDLES — This year’s theme for the annual Parent Teacher Association Kiddie Parade is “Do You Believe in Magic?” The parade and fall carnival are set for 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Vista Colorado Elementary School. The carnival will begin immediately following the parade.

The Needles Middle School Band, Needles High School Band and Blue Notes Jazz Band headline Song-A-Thon: a barbecue burger fundraiser to buy new band uniforms; on Thursday, April 16. The event continues from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Needles High Quad. Donation is $5.
