WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Athanna Lyn Glass, 53, was arrested May 23 in the 1700 block of Highway 95 on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman. 

DRUGS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Jocelyn Yoanna Flores, 25, was arrested May 24 after being contacted by officers near the intersection of Thunderbird Lane and Rio Grande Road. She reportedly was in possession of two baggies and a plastic vial containing methamphetamine. The total weight of the meth was about 1 gram, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. Flores was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman. 

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Jacob Lee Navarrette, 21, was arrested May 24 in the 1700 block of Highway 95 on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman. 

SHOPLIFTING/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — David Michael Swayze, 47, was arrested May 26 after employees at Walmart, 2840 Highway 95, reported that he took a bag of dog food off a shelf and attempted to “return” it with an old receipt. He also walked out of the store without paying for some other items, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. Swayze ran from police through the parking lot and threw two hypodermic needles in the back of a parked truck, she said. He was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting, fraudulent schemes and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on outstanding misdemeanor failure to appear and post-adjudication warrants. Swayze was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman. 

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Michael Lorenzo Williams, 30, was arrested Monday in the 600 block of Swan Drive on an outstanding felony warrant for parole violation. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman. 

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Michael Gordon Brown III, 21, was arrested Monday after he came to the police department lobby to turn himself in on three warrants for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
