Water rite

In what has become at rite of passage for fifth-graders in the Bullhead Elementary School District, two groups of Diamondback Elementary School students battle for supremacy in a water fight at Ken Fovargue Park. The tug-of-war-type competition was part of the annual water day activities conducted by personnel from the Bullhead City Fire Department. Water day has been a BHCFD tradition for more than 20 years and includes a team-building exercise. Sunrise and Desert Valley fifth-graders will each have a water day next week.
