Mohave High School senior guard Chris Flores loses control of the basketball after getting bumped by a River Valley defender during Wednesday night’s game at the House of Thunder on the MHS campus. Mohave improved to 3-2 for the season with a 57-48 victory over the Dust Devils. The T-birds, who opened the season with a 60-48 loss to Kingman Academy, went 2-1 at the Valley Christian tournament with wins of 54-40 over Kingman and 77-43 over Globe sandwiched around a 49-42 loss to Fountain Hills. River Valley is -02 on the season after losing 74-67 in overtime against Lake Havasu City to open the season. Mohave returns to action Friday night, visiting Peoria. River Valley will play host to Parker on Dec. 10.
